Dorcas K.N. Wainaina, FAAPM, CHRA,HRMP,MBA (KU),Post grad, Dip-HR (IHRM),B.Ed. (UON) – Managing Consultant

Dorcas is a certified HR management Professional with over 13 years’ of HR Generalist experience. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Project Management (AAPM), serves in the Board of Honorary Advisors for Global Academy of Finance Management (GAFM), a Certified Chartered Analyst trainer and a member of the Interim Governing Council of the IHRM (K).

She has provided HR leadership and support in several countries globally. These include Nigeria, Senegal, Mali, Rwanda, Uganda, Tanzania, Kenya, Ethiopia, Ghana, Malawi, Zimbabwe, South Africa, Sierra Leone, Zambia, Nepal, Bangladesh, Pakistani, India, Nicaragua, Mexico, South Sudan, Sudan, Democratic Republic of Congo.

Dorcas has previously worked for World Vision International, RTI International, African Wildlife Foundation, Malaria Consortium, PATH, Ipas.
She has provided leadership through partnering with the organizations’ senior leadership in implementing HR strategies and initiatives across multiple countries.
Dorcas has provided HR support and leadership in office startups in various countries. She has led HR initiatives in large projects funded by various donors including USAID, DFID, CIDA, SIDA, Unicef among others.


Osborne Kilasi, MBA, Post-Grad. Dip (HR)  – Senior Associate
Osborne has over 25 years’ in Human Resource Management. He is a qualified trainer in several HR areas and has worked for Parastatals and Government Sector.

His expertise ranges from HR Processes and systems design, Organizational Development, Change management and HR Strategy design. He has a clear logical mind with a practical approach to problem solving and a drive to see things through completion.

He serves in the Interim Governing Council of IHRM.

 


ORWIN TUMUHIRWE, BA, PGD, MAOrwin Tumuhirwe, MBA,BA - Technical/Managerial Staff
Orwin is a dedicated HR professional with 10 years of experience in managing a full spectrum of the Human Resource Programmes,  services and function. She has expertise in a wide range of areas including but not limited to; Strategic recruitment and selection, Employee services administration, Employee induction, Talent Management, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Policy development and implementation, Employee Learning & Development, Organisational Development, Compensation and Benefits, Manpower Planning, HRIS Management, staff Coaching.
She has previously worked for Global Teq as head of people at GlobalTeq Uganda Limited  and Regional Human Resource Manager at Malaria Consortium
